This is our latest and largest project in terms of the purchase price and renovation costs. We purchased this property off-market, direct from the seller, and implemented a 100% gut renovation of the property. We will begin welcoming tenants in early 2023 and plan on holding this project long-term to provide our investors with a stable cash return for years to come.
